Email Support
The fastest way to get personal help is to email our support team at support@earth-app.com. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the email address or username on your account, the device and operating system version you are using (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 18 or a Pixel 8 on Android 15), a clear description of what happened and what you expected to happen, and any screenshots or screen recordings that show the problem. We typically respond within 2 to 3 business days.
Report a Bug or Request a Feature
The Earth App is open source, and we welcome bug reports and feature requests on GitHub. You can open a new issue at our issue tracker, where you can pick from a set of issue templates. Before opening a new issue, please search the Earth App organization on GitHub to see whether someone has already reported the same thing. When you create an issue, choose the template that best fits your report, then describe the steps to reproduce the problem, what you expected, and what actually occurred. The more detail you provide, the faster we can help.
Account & Privacy
For details about how we handle your data and the rules for using the app, see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time directly within the app: open Profile, tap Edit, and choose Delete Account. Account deletion is self-service and removes your account along with the content tied to it. If you need help with anything related to your account or privacy, email us at support@earth-app.com.
Common Topics
I can't sign in. Double-check that you are using the correct email or username and password. If you signed up with Google, Microsoft, Discord, GitHub, or Apple, use that same provider to sign back in. When you sign in from a new device or location, we may email you a verification code to confirm it is you.
I didn't receive my verification email. Check your spam or junk folder, make sure the email address on your account is correct, and allow a few minutes for delivery. Verification and security codes expire after a short time, so request a new one if it has been a while. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support@earth-app.com.
How do quests work? Quests are guided, multi-step activities that help you explore the world around you. Some quests are time-based or distance-based, and certain steps may ask for permission to use your camera, microphone, location, or motion sensors. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, and complete each step at your own pace.
How do I manage notifications? Open Settings inside the app to turn push notifications and reminders on or off. You can also control notification permissions for The Earth App in your device's system settings.
